About Haley

Witnessing a St. Jude telethon at the age of five ignited a spark within me that would shape the course of my life and career. From that moment on, my desire to make a difference in the healthcare industry was born. I contemplated the paths of becoming a doctor or a nurse practitioner, driven by the aspiration to provide direct patient care and healing. Gratefully, my journey led me to explore a different yet equally impactful facet of the healthcare field: the administrative business side. 

Following the completion of my degree, I ventured into pharmaceutical sales but soon discovered my unfulfilled desire to serve. Embracing new roles as a hospital Executive Assistant and later in hospital Provider Relations and Business Development, I utilized my clinical and sales backgrounds to enhance healthcare experiences for providers and patients alike. My journey led me to delve into the insurance sector as a Provider Consultant for Medicare Advantage plans, followed by an exciting opportunity as a Marketing and Business Development Manager at a growing OB/GYN office. Eventually, I was entrusted with the role of Practice Manager and rounded out my transformative path in the healthcare industry.
